FOUNDER’S BIOGRAPHY
Smart LED TN LLC is founded & owned by Karachi-born businessman, Amin Lakhani. Amin’s companies & subsidiaries have a strong portfolio in the technical field. Amin obtained his Associates Degree from Gwinnett Technical College.
Amin worked as a Photographer and Videographer at Studio 09 Photography & Video. He worked there for a prominent time and covered multiple events arranged in the various regions.

Amin Lakhani is a dynamic entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Smart LED TN LLC, a Memphis-based company at the forefront of sustainable lighting and energy solutions. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, Amin has built a legacy rooted in innovation, community impact, and environmental stewardship.
Amin began his academic journey in the United States, earning an Associate Degree from Gwinnett Technical College. He entered the professional world in 2001 with a startup in the telecommunications sector and soon diversified into retail by launching a successful chain of jewelry and watch stores across major shopping malls in 2009.
Shortly after, he started up in another dimension of business i.e. food. Amin started a restaurant called Zac’ Bar and Grill in Memphis. This place gained a lot of popularity and is still active with people coming & enjoying their delicious foods!
His idea took him launch Smart LED TN LLC and its daughter companies. These companies, introduced by this wise businessman, got huge popularity in respective fields. Amin saw a need for analyzing customers’ problems and finding solutions for them. Having so much experience in various roles, he took charge and implemented new strategies to make people aware of his company by brightening up people’s lives and making his products more valuable and demanding for people.
In this past year or so, the companies have gotten partnership rights to different well-known manufacturing companies. This is all because of his experience and love for the industry. When working with Smart LED TN LLC, you know you’ll be taken care of and will enjoy the shopping experience without any hassle or confusion.
His entrepreneurial spirit is matched by his creative passion. Amin founded Studio 09 Photography & Video, a business dedicated to capturing life’s moments with artistry and professionalism. He later ventured into the hospitality industry with the launch of Zac’s Bar & Grill, a community-focused restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere and quality service.
In addition to his business ventures, Amin has a strong background in public service. He served with the local Sheriff’s Department for nearly three years, receiving specialized training in law enforcement, emergency response, and public safety. He is a certified CPR & First Aid Instructor through the American Heart Association and a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Instructor certified by the Department of Homeland Security. His commitment to safety led him to become a certified Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Instructor, sharing his expertise to train the next generation of security professionals.
Motivated by a deep commitment to green energy, Amin launched Smart LED TN LLC, with his better Half Humera Lakhani offering energy-efficient LED solutions to clients across the region. His vision for a cleaner future led to the founding of EV Bolt, a company dedicated to developing electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and Optimus Solar LLC, established in 2017 to deliver high-performance solar systems to residential and commercial markets.
Most recently, in 2025, Amin introduced Eyes On You Inc., a pioneering company offering solar-powered surveillance systems that merge cutting-edge security technology with sustainable energy.
With a diverse portfolio spanning technology, energy, public service, and hospitality, Amin Lakhani continues to lead with vision, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to driving sustainable progress for future generations.
